So maybe you’ve hit a plateau, and it’s time to shock your body. Plateau Blaster is a BodyshoX meal plan with an intense, healthy shock to your system (Plateau Blaster can be used for ova-vegetarians, or meat eaters).
Plateau Blaster is an 18 day program split between two phases. Phase 1: 10 days, and Phase 2: 8 days. During each phase you will be provided recommended meals and exercise routines.
Following completion of Plateau Blaster it is recommended that you transition to Shred Me for ten days, and then I’m in it For Life until you feel you need to do Plateau Blaster again.
You can re-do Plateau Blaster every 4-6 months for the best results.
